March 2022’s Retreat Theme: SALES

The theme for the March 2022 Engine Room Retreat, which ran all day Friday 4th and Saturday 5th March 2022, was Sales. Over the two-day intensive, our expert founders and guest speakers delivered challenging, thought-provoking and inspiring content on all things to do with selling in your business. 

Day 1’s Runsheet:

In the Timing Belt Breakouts, we run three simultaneous rooms hosted by Rachael, Dean and our WW Coaches, and you the client choose which room is most relevant to you. This Retreat’s Timing Belt Breakout Rooms were:

Day 1 began with an intro from Rachael, followed by an amazing session by sales guru Petar Lackovic. They’re both rolled into this video. Petar’s session begins with an introduction from Rach at 23 mins and 27 seconds if that’s what you’re here for!

Following Petar was a challenge, but Rachael delivered with a session on Turning Suggestions into Sales – which came with a sneak peek at the new Onboarding content!

When an unstoppable force meets an immovable object, there you’ll find Mike Agugliaro! Mike took us through a special case study on The Land of Possibility. Watch the video for some incredible lessons on sales and scaling your business.

Day two started with Coach Dean Evans simultaneously making people uncomfortable while blowing their minds! Watch this video for a masterclass in How to Stop Saying Yes.

Then it was the Timing Belt Breakout, where we make our fearless founders and clever coaches fight for your love! One session, one subject, three approaches and three rooms: the competition was fierce…

Watch below for Coach Dean Evans on the buying strategies of different customer profiles, and our coaches taking you through everything they’ve learned from putting a Service Advisor in their businesses. (We’re still hunting for where the recording of Rachael’s room vanished to.) There’s also a video of the intro and the shares from this session, which has value that’s both comedic (the intro) and profound (the shares).

After lunch, we went straight into the constant favourite that is our strategic planning session. Here, Rachael Evans takes you through how to get your head into the space of what you’re going to do in the next quarter.

This session is the foundation of the Game Planning that always concludes the two-day Engine Room Retreats.

If ever you’re feeling truly off-track, this Strategic Planning session is a good one to come back to.
