October 2022’s Retreat Theme: Bulletproofing Your Business
Our October 2022 Engine Room Retreat, which ran over Friday 28th and Saturday 29th, was all about Bulletproofing Your Business. Over these two jam-packed days, Coach Dean Evans delivered some challenging, thought-provoking and inspiring content. Guest speaker Chris Collins shared his insights around the Service Drive Revolution with our Roomies, and Rachael brought it home with the Game Plan – a favourite of everyone who comes to Retreat.

DAY 1
It’s day one of our October 2022 Engine Room Retreat and our Engine Roomers are already seeing amazing ways to bulletproof their business!
Coach Dean kicked off the day with his presentation around having Courageous Conversations and we announced our next client catch up on Hamilton Island in March 2023!

Session 2 was all about how to Pack a Pow with Customer Wow with shares from each of our Engine Room coaches who dazzled our roomies with their expertise and golden nuggets!

DAY 2
On Day 2 of our Engine Room Retreat, everyone turned up ready to end the October 2022 retreat on HIGH.
The day began with our Roomies sharing their biggest takeaways from Day 1.
Special Guest Chris Collins, The Bulldog of the Service Drive, author and host of the number one podcast in automotive, “Service Drive Revolution” kicked us off with his presentation on the Service Drive Overhaul, and the roomies absolutely loved it!

We then moved into Session 2 where Rachael took us through the Cash Flow Home Run to show how YOU can make your business more profitable.

Coach Dean Evans then dove deep in Session 3 with a strategic plan that had our engine roomers racking their brains to map out their achievements, lessons learned and implement an improvement strategy.

To wrap up the day, Rachael guided the Engine Room through the process of mapping out their Quarterly Game Plan in Session 4.
