The them of this Retreat is: Money, Mindset & Magic. Focusing on Money and mindset was key yo ensure that all Warriors start 2023 with a the passion and knowledge to lead their team and drive through this year on Pole position.

Session 2 & 3- 3 Way Budgeting with Paul Rae (Part 1) & (Part 2)

Paul Rae from Frontier Accounting joined Warrior’s Day to share his knowledge on how best to budget and gain accurate understanding of your numbers to ensure that future budgeting is accurate and based on facts.

Session 4 – The Warrior’s Mastermind

This session is designed to help all Warrior’s work through the ONE issue they have that is holding them back.

Sharing the ONE question with their fellow Warrior’s allowing them to gain insight and understanding and then create insights and actions to go back and tackle within their business.

This 8 minute strategic session is one that can be used as often as needed within your business.

Session 5 – The 10 minute Tactic with Rachael Evans

The final session of Warrior’s Day was this tactical session that enables Warrior’s to focus on a key problem with it’s headline and then delve deeper into the problem by completing all 9 areas covered in the worksheet (Page 18 from the workbook).

Today’s session saw Rachael share an example from within her business and how to work through it.

Once Warrior’s had completed their 10 minute Tactic, they then recorded them or uploaded them into the Warriors Facebook group.
