The Winter Retreat  – All systems Go (June 22nd 2023)

This retreat kicked off with Warriors day and the theme was All Systems go, focusing on Time, Team and Templates.

We saw four incredible sessions all focused on increasing your leaderships skills.

Session 1 & 2 – The Emotionally Fit Leader (Part 1)  with Jone Pane 

This session saw us Welcome our guest presenter Joe Pane who is an expert in human behavior, degree qualified psychology and sociology who has been working in this field since 2006.

Joe took the attendees through the 7 key abilities to become emotionally fit along with the 6 needs of the ego.

If you are ready to grow personally and professionally as a leader these sessions are ones to watch.

Session 3 – Mastermind with Coach Dean

These strategy sessions are designed to assist you with working through the ONE THING holding you back in your business right now.

You start by clearly answering your 1 question and then the two possible solutions you have been thinking about to then enable the community to support you with other possible solutions to think about.  Then wrapping up the session with you final insights and actions from all the conversation that has taken place across your 8 minutes.

There are just 3 Rules for shares:

  3. NO STORIES

Session 4 – The 4 Leadership Stances: Systemising your Leadership with Rachael Evans

Wrapping out Warriors day saw us deep dive into the 4 Leadership Stances:

  1. Lean In
  2. Lean Back
  3. Lean With
  4. Don’t Lean

Teaching you how to work across the 4 stances and when not to use them, by the giving you the tools to know when you have a signal to move across to another stance to ensure you can step into the best leader you can be.
