Spring Retreat 2023 – Warrior’s Day
This year’s spring retreat started with a bang. We had a fantastic session with our guest speaker, Jason Whitton on Warrior’s Day. After that, Dean led a Mastermind session, where we shared ideas and learned from each other. To top it off, Rach led a quick “10 Minute Tactics” session to give us practical tips. It’s been an exciting start, and we can’t wait to see what the rest of the retreat has in store for us.
Sesssion 1 & 2 with Jason Whitton
Warrior’s Day began with an insightful financial lesson by Jason Whitton, focusing on how to grow your wealth without any unnecessary stress. During this session, you’ll discover a range of techniques and strategies that you can easily implement to build your wealth independently of your business. Jason’s wisdom is sure to provide you with valuable tools to secure your financial future.

Session 3: Mastermind
Our strategy sessions are laser-focused on helping you break through the one obstacle that’s currently impeding your business’s progress. Here’s how it works: you kick off by concisely presenting your single question, followed by the two potential solutions you’ve been mulling over. This enables the community to chime in with additional suggestions and ideas for you to consider. The session wraps up with you sharing your ultimate insights and the actionable steps you’ve gleaned from the robust conversation that unfolds in just eight minutes.
We’ve got three fundamental rules for participation:
1. **NO BULLSHIT:** Get straight to the point. We’re here for results, not rhetoric.
2. **NO FLUFF:** Keep it lean and mean. Spare us the unnecessary details.
3. **NO STORIES:** This is about solutions, not storytelling. Let’s focus on the task at hand and make every minute count.

Rach’s Ten-Minute Tactics session is a whirlwind of actionable strategies that empowers our warriors to define clear and robust business goals. In just ten minutes, she guides you through the process of identifying obstacles you’re facing within your business, making it a dynamic problem-solving exercise. What’s more, it’s not all business – our warriors have a blast sharing their results on the Facebook group, turning the experience into a fun and engaging community activity. So, get ready to set those firm goals and share your journey with fellow warriors for a productive and enjoyable ride!
